Returns & Refunds

Cancel order before shipment - A full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7 working days for payment to be processed by your bank.

Already shipped/received - Contact Signature Scents within 14 days of receipt. Returns must arrive back within 28 days of receipt for a refund to be processed. Anything over this time will not be eligible for a refund.

* Items must be unused and in original packaging for resale *

If you receive items that are damaged or defective - You must contact Signature Scents before returning or no refund will be issued.

Once items have been received and inspected, a full refund, including original postage cost, will be refunded.

Returns to be made at your own expense. Tracked returns are recommended.

Please Note - Photos may be required as evidence of faulty/damaged goods.
